Kaitlin Pomerantz and Zya S. Levy of We The Weeds will lead a discussion and chart a discovery of spontaneous urban plants, highlighting their remediating role in the postindustrial landscape. The discussion and tour will be followed by urbanforaged remediator plant libations. You'll find WetLand below the Walnut Street bridge, alongside the Schuylkill River trail. This event is part of Philadelphia Open Studio Tours, a program of The Center for Emerging Visual Artists, which is the largest tour of artist studios and creative workspaces in the region and one of the premier open studio tour events in the country.
